Does hope seem like a stranger? So many times we seem to struggle
through life without seeing the light at the end of the tunnel, without a
clear view as to why we are having to face such uncertainties or obstacles.
“He Gives Us Hope” provides a clarion call to reach beyond traumatic
crises in our lives to find a spiritual joy in God that will restore hope.

“Reading this little book is like getting to know Connie Sharkey across the kitchen table over
a mug of coffee. She writes as she speaks, openly and from the heart. Her childlike trust and
hope in the faithfulness and love of God is contagious, and leaves one feeling that they have
not only read a book, but gained a friend.”
